So, it comes as no surprise when you find Hot Cheetos making you gain weight. It happens through a complex mechanism. The contributing factors can be Cheetos’ high calorie content, carbs and sugar, high glycemic index, unhealthy fats, and sodium.

Additionally, Cheetos may increase risk of insulin resistance and inflammation, which can further affect weight management.
